The Man With The Briefcase is ambigous and has a double twist if you can see it beyond the lines. The story’s theme encourages readers to either understand deeper metaphor or opt for reading the lines and only the lines, which especially, in The Man With the Briefcase, is not possible in order to understand this obscure and deeply emotional art. It might look simple on the outside, until you see the symbols, and take off your mask, revealing the truth.
